Shipping policy

Baseline Faith Company LLC currently ships within the United States only.

PROCESSING TIME

Our apparel is made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Standard Shipping: $8, or free on orders of $70 or more. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after production.

Express Shipping: $15. Estimated transit time is 1–2 business days after production.

Selecting Express Shipping shortens the carrier’s delivery time but does not shorten the 5–7-business-day production period.

TRACKING

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please email baselinefaithco@gmail.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after production or fulfillment begins.

DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES

Carrier delays may occur after an order leaves our possession. If your tracking information shows a problem or your package appears lost, please contact baselinefaithco@gmail.com so we can assist you.
